The company has an advanced testing center, with advanced analytical technology and equipment. The testing center covers an area of about 500 m2, and is equipped with environmental physical and chemical analysis room, solid waste physical and chemical laboratory, process research and development laboratory, instrument room, balance room, high temperature room, reagent bank and pretreatment room. 102 indicators such as waste samples, process samples and environmental monitoring samples were tested respectively.
The testing center uses an information system to control all aspects of the whole process from the arrival of waste to the final disposal. Through comprehensive analysis and detection of waste, guide the proper disposal of production process waste, and constantly monitor various environmental indicators of the disposal center, including wastewater, groundwater, waste gas, noise and soil, to ensure that all indicators meet the discharge standards.
At present, the testing center is equipped with major large-scale instruments, including: Platinum Elmer Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometer, Shimadzu Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer, Milestone Direct Mercury Measuring Instrument, Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer, Infrared Spectrophotometer, Thermophile Ion Chromatograph, Parr Full Automatic Momentum Calorimeter, Spike X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer; Gas chromatograph, atomic absorption spectrometer, total organic carbon analyzer, etc. are reserved in the laboratory; Equipment protection devices include dehumidifier and UPS.
The reagent bank of the Testing Center implements the "double person and double lock" management according to the Regulations on the Administration of precursor chemicals, the Regulations on the Administration of Explosive Chemicals, and the Regulations on the Safety Administration of Hazardous Chemicals. Special personnel are assigned to supervise and review the declaration, purchase, and use of precursor and explosive chemicals, and network with the public security organs to implement the management system and safety measures to ensure the safe use of chemicals.
